What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Do You Ship Internationally?

Currently we do not ship outside of the U.K, however upon request we can provide E.U & international shipping with an agreed cost for the shipping service.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

All your orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours, we will email you once your order has been dispatched, our estimated time of delivery is 2-3 working days however it can take longer if you live in remote parts of the U.K such as The Scottish Highlands or Northern Ireland. Please email our customer service team at support@gadgetsbay.co.uk if you have not received your order.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept payments by any of the following credit/direct debit cards: Mastercards, Visa Credit, Visa Debit, American Express. All payments are processed by our customer gateway payment partner Stripe.

How do I place an Order?

Once you have found a product you like, add your product with the desired quantity to the cart and it will save that order for when you check out, continue browsing more of the products we have available and do the same each time adding your order to the cart. Once you have finished and want to check-out, click on the cart and confirm all your orders are there and once you are happy click on proceed to checkout where you will be redirected to our billing page where details such as name, address, email and phone number should be provided to process your order. Once you have completed this correctly you need to click on place your order where you will be taken to the last step which is payment, once you have done this and your payment has been processed you will be given an order id and confirmation of your order and billing details, if you spot any mistakes please contact us immediately. You will also receive an email once your order has been dispatched, this may take up to 24 hours.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you need to cancel/change your order please email us immediately at support@gadgetsbay.co.uk and within 24 hours of purchase before we post the item.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need to have an account with us to place an order, you can browse through all of our catalogue and select all the items you want and simply check out.

How Do I Track My Order?

We offer free tracking for all purchases over £20, you will be emailed with the tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Can I Return a Product?

Any item may be returned for any reason within 7 days of the date of receiving your order provided it remains in a saleable condition with original packaging. We will refund the price of the item after we have inspected the goods and confirmed the condition of the goods as appropriate for a refund. Once you request a return we will send you an email with a free return shipping label which you must print and stick on the return parcel. Expected turnaround time for issuing refund is within 7 working days. The methods of refund available are store credit/voucher or your original payment method.
