Delivery options

Currently we ship only within the UK, however upon request we can provide E.U & international shipping with an agreed cost for the shipping service. Please contact us before you purchase any items at to arrange your E.U/International delivery.

Standard Delivery :

Next day delivery :

*We only provide next day delivery upon request, the price for next day delivery is quoted once requested, please contact us before you purchase any items at to arrange your next day delivery.

*Free tracking provided for all next day deliveries

*Orders must be placed before 1pm to receive delivery by the next day

Our delivery services may take longer if you live in remote areas like the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland.


  • All your orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours, we will dispatch your goods by the option selected by you when you place your order. We will inform you via email once your order has been dispatched.
  • If you are aware that you may not be able to accept the delivery of your order, please make suitable, alternate arrangements.
  • We like to get your order to you as soon as possible therefore you may receive your goods in separate deliveries.

Delivery Discrepancies

You must contact our customer service team to resolve any discrepancies with your order within 3 working days of receiving your order.


Most of our products come with a 1 year warranty (excluding accidental damage from customers), your product will be replaced once we have received the faulty product and a replacement will be sent within 48 hours of receiving the returned product and 


  • Any item may be returned for any reason within 7 days of the date of receiving your order provided it remains in a saleable condition with original packaging. We will refund the price of the item after we have inspected the goods and confirmed the condition of the goods as appropriate for a refund.
  • Once you request a return, we will send you an email with a free returns shipping label which you must print and stick on the return parcel.
  • Expected turnaround time for issuing refund is within 7 working days. The methods of refund available are store credit/voucher or your original payment method.

Damaged/Wrong Products

If you have received the wrong item, or is in poor condition or arrives damaged. It is vital that you contact us within 48 hours of receiving it by sending us images of the item received, along with any other information requested by our team.

If you have refused a delivery and sent it back to Gadgetsbay because the goods have been damaged in transit, please take photos of the damaged parts of the product, the whole parcel and the whole product(s). Also give a detailed description of the damage on the delivery slip. Please contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue.
